We don’t charge for assessments or monitoring visits. You’ll only ever pay for the care you receive or any additional services you've agreed to in advance—nothing more, nothing unexpected.


 At Solafide Healthcare, one of our key strengths is the ability to carefully match carers to each individual client. If care needs to begin promptly, there may be a short settling-in period as we identify the right carer or carers for you. Once a suitable team—personally approved by you—is in place, they will remain your regular carers, except during times of scheduled leave. Depending on how many visits you have each week, you will typically be supported by one to three dedicated carers.


We take great care in matching each client with the right carer, but we understand that not every match will be perfect. If you’re ever unhappy with a carer, we’ll work quickly to find someone who better suits your needs and preferences—your comfort and satisfaction are our priority.


We do not encourage clients to leave keys with anyone, including our team. However, if secure access is needed, we can help arrange the installation of a KeySafe. This small, secure box is fitted to the outside of your property and holds a spare key, accessible only by entering a combination code of your choosing. You can then share this code with trusted individuals, such as your carer. If you wish, we can organise installation for a small fee.


If at any point you feel you would benefit from an increase in your current level of care, please don’t hesitate to contact our office. You can speak directly with the Manager or a member of our team, who will be happy to review your needs and make any necessary arrangements on your behalf.
